Project FRONTIER

Frontier Outreach to Needs for Traumatology in Education Resources

The overarching goal of Project FRONTIER is to increase the capacity of 18 eligible USDs to provide access to trauma-support services and mental health care to meet the needs of affected students in breaking  cycles of violence and trauma in families and communities throughout NW Kansas.


The four-year project serves 12 counties over 12,000 square miles through the Northwest Kansas Education Service Center (NKESC) headquartered in Oakley, KS.
